The staff were great, handling everything from communication to airport pick‑up and drop‑off, though the bed was noticeably firm.

The hotel is close to the airport and the shuttle is impressively punctual for 100 k dong; the place stays tidy, offers free water, tea, and coffee, and late check‑out can be arranged for a fee. The room itself is very basic, with no view and only a window on a lightwell, yet it offers good value for the price.

The location is perfect for the airport, so we booked a room for just one night, which worked well. The room had a kettle, fridge, and a great spa shower. The street was somewhat noisy and the walls seemed thin, letting other guests be heard easily, and after showering the floor stayed wet throughout the bathroom.
