The hotel was spotless and the staff were excellent. I found room 321 to be a great deal for its price, and the breakfast was fantastic—our kids adored it. I’d definitely book again once the renovation is finished. However, the bathroom door trim in my room was loose with nails sticking out, posing a danger to the kids, and the door itself seemed misaligned and wouldn’t close properly. The shower drain pop‑up was broken, and the elevator button on the first floor had no indicator light when pressed.

SpringHill Suites was probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The room was inviting from the moment I opened the door and was impeccably clean. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and the continental breakfast was fabulous with plenty of options. The downside was that incidentals were very pricey—soft drinks were almost $5 each, so if you plan on midnight snacks, bring your own or grab something from a nearby store.
