The staff, Marco, Andre and Giacomo were excellent. All were great but especially these guys. So helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We had the best time at this hotel and in the Rapallo area. The hotel was beyond expectations with the incredible views, pools, spa, comfortable rooms, space on the grounds and location to activities in Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, Rapallo and Cinque Terre. So much to do for all vacation types. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here and could not have picked a better place!. N/A

Everything! Beautiful hotel in a great location. All was just perfect—restaurant, breakfast, room, spa, staff. Highly recommended!
