The staff were friendly, the place was clean and nice to stay in, but there was no smoking area; at least a balcony for smoking would have been preferable.

Everything was great except the shuttle bus drivers this year; they’re hired through a transportation company, so I asked the Courtyard manager to pass on our complaints about them.
