The view from the room or the baths is great, but everything was really good except that the photos made it look like the room had an open‑air bath with views, while in reality it was a normal bath with no views.

The vistas were absolutely stunning, the onsen was incredible, and the staff were wonderfully friendly. The only downside was the distance from the city, and we were surprised that the booking system didn’t inform us we could order dinner there in advance.

The view was spectacular, the hot pools relaxed me while the sunset was amazing, the new bathroom in the room and the comfy beds were great, and seeing hawks fly past the window was a nice touch. There are decent restaurants within walking distance. It felt a little dated, but that’s to be expected.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, and the room was beautifully laid out and super comfy. I didn't have any complaints at all.
