The staff were friendly, professional, polite, and respectful; the breakfast bar was great, rooms were spotless, and the lobby was nicely decorated. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone. I have no negative thoughts; everything was great.

The breakfast every morning was abundant, the rooms were cleaned daily, everything we wanted was there, the staff were simply lovely and helpful, and the walk from Old Town was great.

The best part was that it’s surrounded by nature; the bathrooms faced the outdoors and gave a natural feel, we loved the location and the availability of cycles to explore the surroundings.

We enjoyed a completely wonderful stay from the moment we arrived; the breakfast selection was truly impressive, with plenty of fresh fruit each morning, various Western options, a great range of hot Vietnamese dishes and soups, and eggs cooked fresh—there really was something for everyone. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and always impeccably clean, and we appreciated the little touches like fresh flowers that added a warm, caring atmosphere. The entire staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, checking in daily to see how we were doing and if everything was fine, giving the sense that the staff genuinely cared about our well‑being. There was also a nice pool and free bicycles to explore Hoi An wonderfully. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would return anytime, and wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. Thanks to the whole team for a lovely time!

La piscina está muy bien y el desayuno es espectacular. El personal es muy amable y te atienden con mucho esmero. El servicio de bicicletas incluido es muy útil y puedes llegar a la playa en pocos minutos. El baño es muy grande pero tiene dentro el armario, con lo que no puedes coger tus cosas mientras el baño está ocupado. El aire acondicionado funcionaba regular, no es que no enfriara, es que no respondía al mando. El ventilador del techo no funcionaba. Esto no es culpa del hotel, pero habia otros huéspedes que se bañaban con ropa en la piscina, escupian en ella y gritaban. Los vietnamitas son tan educados, que no se atrevieron a llamarles la atención, lo que hizo que el resto de huéspedes pasáramos un rato muy incómodo
