A peaceful spot in the mountains with incredible views, yet the igloo smelled damp, mold appeared in the bathroom corners, there was no fan or A/C, and the internet failed throughout our stay; the beautiful pool is just decorative because it’s in front of the restaurant, making it awkward to swim.

The cable and internet service are always problematic; I've been there a couple of times and the network for phones is not good at all.

The view of the volcano was stunning, and the place was quiet and peaceful, but the pool water was too cold in the middle of summer, making it impossible to enjoy.
