A kettle with tea and coffee was available, but when I arrived at 21:00 the receptionist told me the water was out due to works and wouldn’t return until the next morning, so I had to ask twice for bottled water for the bathroom. By morning the water was back, yet at 22:00 on my return the staff only said hello without mentioning the water or offering more bottles, leaving two out of three nights without water—a poor balance. The room was clean but entered with a stale, damp smell that made me doubt I could sleep there; a simple ventilation before my arrival and activating a dehumidifier with a key would have fixed it, and the odor gradually improved. Paid luggage storage cost €5.50, and there were punctual noises from the floors above, plus it seemed recent work had been done to freshen up the bathroom, yet the plastered tiles looking very modern appeared to be a botched job.

The location was good, close to convenience stores and restaurants. There were bed bugs in the bed, only one type of body and hair shampoo was available in the toilet, and the hotel was old.

The location was very good for any mall, especially Suria Mall and Gaya Street. The toilet was not very clean overall, the bidet holder was loose, and every corner of the toilet was not even cleaned properly.
