The place was clean. From the moment we arrived, there was no electricity, and the lady said it was a general issue in the village, but we could see that the center had power. We ignored it and went to visit the waterfall. Even so, after we requested a refund for the second night because our plans changed, the place had power again when we returned from the falls, but it lasted only two hours before it went out again; it never came back all night, and the water stopped around 5am. They only refunded half of the second night, and we had to leave at 6am because the room had windows but no mosquito net—it was terrible.

“Incomodidad”

Internet access, air conditioning, and hot water were available. There was no backup power plant for when the electricity goes out; some villagers mentioned that this happens often, yet they still don’t have any backup power even though they know it can inconvenience guests.
