The hotel is of great class, full of history and charm. The spacious, well‑kept room, the garden, and the location are all excellent. The breakfast is truly exceptional, with high‑quality products and a good selection of sweets (not a given in Norway). The dinner is also of good quality.

Breakfast and Michelin‑level dinner were amazing, the breakfast buffet was the most beautiful I've seen, gardens lovely, location charming, owner friendly and entertaining, sharing history of the hotel, Norway, and art; the premium room was splendid. Everything was splendid.

Location, staff, good food, especially breakfast, quiet and peaceful. It isn’t possible to darken the room completely at night.
