The location was good, the sea was visible, and the casino was nearby, but the front desk staff lacked motivation, felt consistently bad, and seemed half‑hearted.

The location is fine, but the staff were very cold and not very resolutive.

I stayed in a huge room with a balcony right next to Haeundae Beach, which was great. The only downside was that the light switches were on the wall instead of near the bed.
