Everything was simple – the suite, the breakfast buffet was amazing and stayed open until 14:00! The two restaurants and the location were all great. The only downside was that they don’t have soft toppers for the beds.

The breakfast was very, very good and the staff were helpful and friendly. We also received an upgrade to a suite with many thoughtful touches from the hotel. The food at restaurant 1784 was fantastic, but at 20:30 a family with a toddler at the neighboring table was making noise throughout the room. The staff were friendly but seemed a bit disorganized and casual; we honestly expected something different. On the last day, housekeeping didn’t clean our room until 17:00. When we arrived, they quickly washed dishes, changed towels, refilled tea and water, but nobody actually cleaned. They apologized 10 times, and the lady seemed not properly trained.
