The house was amazing and totally worth it, spacious enough for all six of us and very cozy, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable vacation; everyone left extremely satisfied and we highly recommend it.

This guesthouse is a real gem, perched on top of a hill with breathtaking views of the Douro River. The host was incredibly kind and went out of her way to make me feel at home, even taking me shopping for essentials. I had a wonderful four-day stay and would highly recommend it.

We were blown away by the size and cleanliness of the house, and its proximity to Porto was a major bonus. The pool was well-maintained and the area was spotless. However, the only downside was the noise from the neighbors' dogs, which started barking at 5 am and went on until late at night. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the constant rain, which made it difficult to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The house itself was lovely, but the fact that it was shared with the owner and other guests made it feel more like a communal living space than a private vacation rental. We were told that the owner lived on the ground floor and only used the kitchen, but we found her in the kitchen cooking dinner, which was a bit awkward. The garden and pool were beautiful, but we were hesitant to use them because we weren't sure if we were allowed to.
