It isn’t very central, and while there are plenty of buses to all places, it isn’t very convenient for older adults. The apartment was shared with three others in the same room; even though the area is closed off, it isn’t very private.

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The place is in a really quiet area, just a short walk from the Colosseum and close to public transport, which made it super easy to explore. The room was spotless, and the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived pretty early, but they graciously let us check in ahead of time. Also, since our return was later in the evening, they had no problem with us checking out late and storing our luggage. One of the best parts? The air conditioning worked perfectly and was a lifesaver during the hot weather! Communication with the owners was great—everything was clearly explained on how to get into the building and find our room. We highly recommend this place! 😊 Warm regards

The option to drop our bags early and leave them after check‑out was really great; the owner met us earlier to make that possible. The location was a 10‑minute walk to the Colosseum. Breakfast was available in the room and also in the communal area, replenished daily with crisp bread, cake, yoghurt, cereal, and juice—plenty to choose from. All the necessary facilities were in the room. Communication was good when we asked questions. The bed was comfortable and the air‑con was a lifesaver. The area was nice enough, and there was a pleasant restaurant next door that we ate at. The room I had was not any of the rooms I had seen pictures of. It was in an apartment building (2nd floor) converted into separate rooms with a communal area. My room had bifolding doors that were immediately in front of the main door, so it felt a bit exposed to other people in other rooms, and someone tried my door at 2 am, which made me feel a little uneasy. I assume they were for one of the other rooms. The bathroom needs some attention: the rainfall shower was partially blocked and rusty, and the cubicle and surround had some mould. The bathroom was quite compact, with a washing machine under the sink that had the door missing to hide it, and the light had half the shade missing on one side. Just these few little things impacted the overall experience.

The spot was great, nothing else to add.
