The room was great—spacious, spotless, with a nice view, and the location is perfect for the MTR and a ton of shops. The small coffee shop at the entrance should consider adding pastries to its menu.

Everyone on the staff was super friendly, supportive, and the location is just a 2‑3 minute walk to the subway. The room was very clean and looked new, so we’ll definitely return. The breakfast selection was quite limited, probably because it’s a serviced apartment rather than a full‑service hotel, but that wasn’t a big deal for us.

I liked the room and the housekeeping staff, but the front desk was far from professional, offering only the bare minimum; we only got two breakfasts for a two‑bedroom apartment booked for four people, and when I complained they said it depended on the claim confirmation, yet the confirmation didn’t specify any breakfast allowance.
