Located off Interstate 85 Exit 89, the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Area offers a free continental breakfast with fresh waffles, muffins, danishes, bagels, and hot and cold cereal. Suites feature flat-screen cable TVs, refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers, while some were custom-designed by the Savannah College of Art and Design. On-site parking and meeting facilities are available.

The room was basic, but the noise from the nightclubs, the elevator, the breakfast, and the old TV made me feel like I didn’t want to be there.

The hotel is right on the highway and they bake fresh cookies after breakfast that I loved—so many flavors, I went a bit overboard. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the room was spotless. The elevator needs an upgrade; my husband is disabled and waiting for it to work is insane—new equipment or better service is required.
