The cleanliness is exceptional, and all staff members are comfortable and welcoming. The view of the pyramids from the roof is wonderful and captivating. The restaurant sits on the roof and serves hot meals at very reasonable prices, prepared by three chefs. The general manager, Mr. Yasser, has a great personality and assists all guests with everything they need. The hotel is close to the pyramids—150 meters to the gate—and two famous restaurants are within 200 meters. A market is also only 70 meters away.

The hotel is close to the pyramids and the grand Egyptian museum, and the staff were friendly, the food good, and the place clean.
