“The hotel is of a very high standard, the only problem is that the staff do not speak English, but t”

This hotel is really high-end, but the one downside is that none of the staff speak English. They're super friendly and eager to help, though, so it's not a huge issue - just bring a translator app and you're good to go. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a top-class hotel and don't mind a bit of a language barrier.
