Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good, but the narrow one‑way street blocks cars, so hailing a taxi is a hassle—you have to jog up to the lane and the city traffic is chaotic, meaning taxis won’t wait more than a minute. Even getting to the airport required us to wheel our luggage up to the main road for a taxi. Also, room service wasn’t automatically offered daily; we had to remind them to replace coffee mugs and water bottles each day.

The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable, though the room wasn’t very large, it was cozy.

The hotel is very good and the people are very friendly. I didn’t like the area, but the whole of Malé is like that, so it was just a place to sleep before a flight.

The staff service was outstanding, especially the receptionist Pat from the Philippines, who was always attentive, proactive, and thorough. She organized our transport and made sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including great restaurant suggestions. The only drawback was that the hotel sits on a busy inner street, so it’s a bit of a walk to the main strip.
