I especially like the hot spring bath in the room. It’s very comfortable & clean as the water is running.😊. It would be better if there’s shuttle bus service provided

The private jacuzzi in my room was a highlight, and the hotel’s overall privacy was impressive. The building itself is beautiful, and the staff were friendly. However, the restaurant still served seafood on my main menu despite my allergy notice, which could be dangerous. My wife had to eat most of it, so if you have allergies, avoid booking with food/dinner included.

The location is excellent, surrounded by nature and close to Nara Park and the deer, making it very convenient for exploring the area and the peaceful surroundings make the stay relaxing. The reception staff could have been more welcoming and attentive, and the restaurant experience fell short of what I would expect from a property of this level; service was unprofessional, communication about courses and drinks was unclear, and basic food questions were sometimes hard for the staff to answer.
