The place itself is clean and comfortable enough for a night’s stay. The Café‑da‑Manhã is “Ok” but nothing special, with a very limited menu. The only real downside was that at the 23:30 silence time, there was a lot of loud conversation in the hotel, as if they were inside our room, which woke us and ruined our sleep, and this loud noise returned early around 05:30‑06:00, preventing a good rest.

When I arrived, I could smell cleaning products because they had just finished cleaning. The staff member who attended me was helpful and let me see the room before I confirmed I would stay. I stayed because I just wanted to shower and sleep, but the place doesn’t match the photos. I had the option to go to the real hotel shown in the photos, which is at a different address, but I stayed. I was woken by the “lombos” at the window in the middle of the night; they seemed to be trying to open the window. For a moment we thought it was a person trying to open it. The shower had trouble closing; it opened and wouldn’t shut. A lady at reception had to turn off the tap.
The attendant Denize was helpful. There was no potable water, no minibar, no shower enclosure, the internet didn’t work, and the bedding and bath linens were old, colored, and hiding dirt. An elderly attendant was very rude.
The hotel is great, and communication with the staff is easy. Nothing to complain about.
Location is good. Breakfast is lacking.
