“I won’t recommend my friends who is going to QT and stay there.”
The view is nice, yet my stay was extremely disappointing. On day one I left my slippers under a chair, snapped a photo, and when I returned they were gone. I later discovered another guest had worn them. When I politely asked, the response was loud and confrontational instead of a simple explanation. I chose not to take the slippers back after someone else had used them. I called the owner, who told me to get a new slipper, but I still felt uncomfortable. Cleanliness was lacking: mould was visible on the toilet ceiling and short black hairs were on the bed sheets. The house rules stated quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am, but these were ignored. There was frequent noise early in the morning, with doors banging repeatedly, and I couldn't tell who was living downstairs. I understood that anything could happen before 10 pm, but it should have been softer and gentler. At night the washing machine/dryer was running until about 10:21 pm. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or respected during my stay. I expected basic cleanliness, consideration, and respect for the house rules.
The views were great.
It was very accommodating. And what was needed was available and adequate. And very good pricing. Appreciated the nights stay. Will come again. Can't get enough of the view

The location is pretty, but it’s far from the city center for walking tours and sits on top of the hill. We booked a lake‑view room but were given a room without a view that was lower. When we arrived and spoke with the owner, she told us that our room had been mistakenly given to another traveler, that there were no more rooms with a view available, and that a refund of the difference could be issued. Because the city was full and we were tired from traveling, we accepted. Today I still haven’t received the $194 refund that was agreed with the owner. The parking spots are poor and few; last night we had to park in the middle of the street. The property’s view is beautiful because it’s on the hilltop, but we didn’t get that view from the room as previously reserved. Our new room was small and uncomfortable, with no space to leave luggage except on the floor. The bathroom had little lighting. The room had a street window that had to stay closed at all times because it faced the house, preventing ventilation. The room was not cleaned or arranged while we were there. Communication was difficult because the person who attended us didn’t speak English well. The common lounge and kitchen area were pleasant. However, I was very dissatisfied with the stay, would not return, and do not recommend it. The room issue also happened to another couple who was arriving before our departure and complained about their accommodation.

Very unpleasant for two days. The unit was clean and the linen was good…the view is great. This is a shared house and the photos are very deceiving. The house shares the main living room and the kitchen…however the staff member also lives in a room in the “private living area”. We booked this because we really wanted a private space/place with a fireplace to sit in front of and watch TV. There was NO TV (as per photo advertised). The TV is in the shared area upstairs. We asked for a refund but the owners (no English) declined. We are still waiting to hear back from bookings.com after sending a few messages and speaking to them on the phone. No tools to operate the fireplace and nothing provided to make fire. Had to drive from one shop to the next trying to find firewood. The fridge is completely full of the staff member’s food, no space to use as a guest. They offer a fridge upstairs in the shared area.
