The whole night was filled with heavy smoke, so heavy that I couldn't sleep 😓.

Having an elevator made it easy for seniors to get around, yet the floor creaked noticeably when walking, which worried me about disturbing other guests.

The staff were extremely courteous, and when the TV wouldn’t change channels they fixed it right away after we reported it, spending almost an hour on the issue without showing any impatience, and they didn’t even accept a tip, which was impressive.
