Pet friendly, the coffee is good, and the staff give solid tour tips. The shower offered a cold‑water tap for temperature control. One area that could use a tweak is the pillow height option.

The location was good, the staff were very helpful. There was hair in the sink drain, the weekday breakfast was very weak, but on weekends there are more options.
