The hotel is fantastic, and I’d definitely return! The breakfast, view, and staff were all wonderful.

The stay was superb! The room was very pretty and the resort boasts a beautiful structure, a great pool, and a stunning beach. Iris at the front desk was always perfect and truly raised the service level; if she isn’t already a manager, she should be, because she’s absolutely flawless. The complex is gorgeous, enhanced by Iris’s service. Breakfast was perfect and the staff behind the buffet were very helpful. However, unpleasant pipe smells rose from the bathroom into the room. The music at the pool was sometimes far too loud, which also affected the room due to the hotel’s layout. A real orange juice would be appreciated at breakfast, and staff should wait until you finish your meal before clearing the table; they’re young and need to learn the basics. The rooms are non‑smoking, yet there’s a constant tobacco and cigar smell from the balcony.

The hotel was perfect, located wonderfully, with very clean rooms and excellent service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Everything was well organised, and we truly enjoyed our time. It’s definitely worth a return visit and highly recommended! The Wi‑Fi in the room is very poor.
