The staff here really went above and beyond to help us out. They booked us bus tickets to Saigon and even rebooked them when the first ones didn't work out. The minivan pickup was right on time and the sleeper bus ride was super comfortable. The only thing that threw me off was the ash trays in the rooms - it's a bit weird to think about smoking being allowed in a hotel.

The room was spotless, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, there was nothing else to speak of - no amenities, no services, nothing. It was a very basic stay, but at least the cleanliness was on point.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and its location in the heart of the city was a huge bonus. However, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't much else to offer - no extras, no perks, just a straightforward room. Still, the cleanliness and location made up for it.
