“Beautiful location and great beach access, with room for improvement in service and hygiene.”
The place looked beautiful, especially at night, and the beach access was excellent; the gentleman who welcomed us was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed the location and the facilities. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service from the kitchen staff, who seemed reluctant to serve us and communicated very little. During breakfast, the coffee was served with sugar that had ants floating in it, so we didn’t drink any coffee at all – a very unpleasant and concerning hygiene issue. When I asked for a glass of water, her attitude was also not very welcoming. Improving customer service and paying closer attention to food hygiene would make a significant difference to the guest experience.
