The location is good, the furnishings are decent, the staff were friendly, and the place was clean. The only downside is there’s no coffee machine in the room.

When I checked in, the front‑desk guy demanded a $50 cash deposit even though I’d already paid the full amount online the night before and no one had mentioned it; after I got upset he eventually waived it. The room had a strong odor that reminded me of cooking meth, and I suspect my mother‑in‑law, who’s a cop, noticed it too. Water leaked onto the floor and the sheets felt unwashed. The pool was full of algae, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and breakfast was just cereal and a tiny waffle maker.

I was close to where I needed to be, but the rooms were outdated, roaches were present, the counter was cracked, and the shower tub was stained.
