Ritual Torremolinos, the largest LGBTQ+ hotel in Southern Europe, sits in La Nogalera’s heart, a short walk from bars, clubs, and restaurants. Guests enjoy two outdoor pools, a naked rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean, a spa, and sun terraces. Rooms feature balconies, sea views, Wi‑Fi, and minibar. Direct beach access and a pool bar complete the adults‑only experience.

The hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly, attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. It stayed spotless the whole time. I have no complaints about service or cleanliness. The beach access, however, is a problem. The hotel advertises direct beach access, but the reality is very different. The route includes a very long, steeply sloped ramp, uneven cracked surfaces that are hard to navigate, multiple flights of steps, and sharp turns and narrow sections. For anyone using a mobility scooter, wheelchair, or with limited mobility, this route is not practical or safe. Even with help, the gradient and obstacles make it extremely tough. This lack of proper accessibility should be clearly stated in the hotel’s information rather than implied as straightforward access. In short, a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and high cleanliness standards, but if you or someone in your party has mobility needs, the advertised beach access is unfortunately not suitable or disabled‑friendly.

The hot water dripped for the first three days; only on day four did it run normally, even after complaints. The terrace isn’t automatically covered for breakfast, only when asked. The sunshades that exist aren’t set up at breakfast; you have to do it yourself. On weekends, shows are held, and it gets loud right into the night.

The spot is great, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is solid, but the beds are among the hardest I've ever slept on.

The reception and restaurant staff are lovely, and breakfast has improved, thank goodness. It feels a little old‑fashioned. The promised refurbishment seems to have only painted the perimeter of the pool a garish pink, which is overkill and hugely tacky; please restore the old colour immediately. More sunshades for the rooftop pool are desperately needed. Otherwise, I love this place! I make these observations out of love as a frequent guest.
