“Small rooms with poor upkeep and outdated facilities”
The staff were attentive and responsive, promptly changing our room when we had an issue and letting us check in a little late, which we really appreciated. The small double rooms we booked were much smaller than expected and certainly not close to the 18 sq. m. size mentioned. In two of our three rooms, the ACs were in poor condition and not functioning, forcing us to request room changes. The rooms also did not have basic toiletries, and we had to ask for them separately. Power cuts were frequent, and since the hotel uses a manual generator, we experienced repeated blackouts. The breakfast buffet was below expectations, with limited cutlery available. The restaurant appeared understaffed, leading to delays in service during both lunch and dinner.
