The room was excellent and spacious, parking on site, a bar, and dinner service. Breakfast disappointed us: either a fry‑up or toast! Croissants and other pastries were burnt to a cinder straight from the kitchen, the staff seemed indifferent, and they offered a weak excuse about the heating machine not working properly. Not good enough for a hotel of this quality.

The bed, dinner, and breakfast package was terrific. The location on the spacious grounds of the university and business park was excellent. Nothing else to complain about.

The room was great and the dining staff were awesome, but the front of reception was awful. A front‑of‑house staff member who shouldn't be in hospitality ignored us right from the start; definitely not the right person for the job.

Everything was fine, just a bit clinical for the price paid. I would have preferred to stay in the old building.
