The photos didn’t really show what the property looks like—rooms are very basic with no décor, and the garden area looks untidy and unappealing. We had to wait over 10 minutes for someone at the front desk when we arrived. Aside from the location, I’d stay elsewhere. The grounds need cleaning and the rooms could use some decoration.

I couldn’t even get in, there was no reception, no staff to help, and no chair to sit if I had to wait. I need someone to attend to me and a chair for waiting.

There was little privacy and the rooms were cramped; the windows were like walls and the curtains didn’t close fully, so anyone walking down the corridor could see inside, and the staff weren’t very friendly.
