“Promedio”
The location was great. The service was lacking.

The staff were attentive. I should have sent a message in advance to request a ground‑floor room because I was traveling with my mother, a senior with limited mobility, and they didn’t reserve a suitable room. When we arrived, only a third‑floor room was available, the stairs were too long, and she couldn’t climb them, so I had to leave for another hotel.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay, as my room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, complete with high ceilings and a large window and balcony offering stunning views of the historic buildings. The hallways and patio were also lovely, meeting all my expectations for a stay in historic Campeche.
We spent two nights there and the room was never cleaned, the bathroom constantly reeked, no bottled water was ever supplied, and the receptionist at check‑in couldn’t locate our reservation.
