We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it – the entire team at Second Suit Hotel was kind, warm, and eager to help. After our daughter’s surgery, the staff went above and beyond to keep her comfortable, providing extra pillows, cold compresses, and warm blankets with a smile and no hesitation. Their attentiveness made us feel she was in safe, caring hands even when we couldn’t be there. The hotel itself was warm, cozy, comfortable, and spotless, with an excellent location near cafés, great restaurants, Acibadem Hospital, pharmacies, shops, boutiques, and malls all within easy reach. What truly sets this place apart is its wonderful team; you feel genuinely welcome, cared for, and completely safe. We wholeheartedly recommend Second Suit Hotel and would gladly stay again. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for making our experience so wonderful! ❤️

Everything was absolutely perfect – the hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and offered incredible value for money. We had all we needed for our stay in Istanbul. What really stood out was how lovely and understanding the staff were. We overslept on our last morning after a rave, not getting to bed until 8 am, while our taxi driver outside was having a breakdown! Despite the chaos, the staff were patient, kind, and understanding. It was a genuinely lovely experience from start to finish, fantastic value, and I’d definitely stay again. Highly recommended! Absolutely nothing to complain about, except maybe our own ability to wake up on time could use improvement! 🤣

The place was clean, spacious, and had a terrace, and everything was great.

The station was only 50 m away, and the area had plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. The room and bathroom were large, and there was a lift in the building. The noise from neighboring rooms was very disturbing, and despite daily cleaning, hair from previous guests was found in the bathroom and on the bed.
