Very nice and worth the money; parking was easy to find. They offer YouTube and Netflix, but the Wi‑Fi is quite unstable, though still fast and acceptable. The receptionist, Mr. Siam, was really nice, calm, and helpful. No deposit was required, just RM 5 for Selangor tax (can QR, no cash needed).

The location was great, but everything else was awful—no parking, a room with a broken roof where the ceiling seemed to be falling off, a broken lift that forced me to climb many stairs, and a wet room with a broken pipe; nothing else was in good condition.
