“Decepción absoluta.”
The location is good. The cleanliness was lacking: sheets looked gray and the floors were worn. I rented two rooms for two nights; in one, hot water never came on despite our waiting. In another, the bathroom door didn’t work. They refused to refund the last night because we didn’t want to stay another night; they were supposed to change only one room but ended up swapping both. When we arrived in the evening, they handed us the key to one of the original rooms, and when we entered it, another person was already in the room, moving around.
