The experience was almost entirely disappointing: the room was dirty and poorly maintained, the noise level was extremely loud, and the people in the room above us were very rowdy—so much so that popcorn‑sized pieces of ceiling material started falling from the forceful stomping and jumping on the floor. The comforter blanket on the bed even had blood on it, presumably from a previous guest. All of this cost more than $150 per night once fees and taxes were added. I will never stay here again.

The staff were helpful, but the bathtub was too slippery for my kids and my parents to shower safely.

The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was nice; the location was very close to everything and the bed was comfortable. Every other aspect was great.
