The room was small but charming and comfortable. Unfortunately, the experience was not positive, especially regarding the welcome and communication with the host. We had requested an early check‑in because we were traveling with a small child, or simply to leave our luggage, but neither request was granted. The host had reassured us that he would let us know if the apartment was ready before 14:00, the scheduled check‑in time, yet we received no communication. Arriving at 14:00 in front of the building, which looks like a regular condominium with no visible signage, we tried calling the host several times without success. We then sent a WhatsApp message, the same channel used to request check‑in documents, and only then were we given the access instructions. A little more attention, availability, and empathy would have helped, especially since we were traveling with a small child. The welcome and check‑in management definitely need improvement.

Great location, close to the centre. After an issue with the chosen apartment, the owner moved us to a house nearer the centre with better comfort. Recommended. Since it is in a ZTL, a permit is required to enter by car.

The location was close to all services. There were a few shortcomings.

Recently renovated, almost everything is new. Some details could have been better cared for. A coffee machine is available in the room. We found the price to be quite excessive for a room without breakfast and other services, in a location outside the centre and in a somewhat neglected setting.

The apartment was clean and warm. The parking was muddy; the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. I expected more for the breakfast.
