Everything was terrible. I booked the wrong room and ended up two hours away from my destination. The staff didn’t help, the room smelled like a toilet, the towels were dirty and foul. The front desk promised to handle my second‑night cancellation but never did, and they still took my money even though I didn’t stay.

Despite the very last‑minute booking, the check‑in was hassle‑free. The staff were very friendly. The rooms had everything you need and were clean. Breakfast offered a good variety, so there was something for everyone.
