I think this is one of the best hotels in Mumbai, and there's nothing to complain about.

The staff and hotel are very good, but the lifts are slow to respond and the hotel entrance gets jammed.

The room was spacious, beautiful, and fully equipped with all the amenities and supplies, including a toilet. The location is right on the sea, the cleaning is very high‑class, and the staff are fantastic. Breakfast is amazing and varied, the restaurant is huge, the gym is world‑class, and the spa is wonderful; the overall service is excellent. This isn’t our first visit, but we still prefer it over every other hotel because of its quiet location, great service, and the fact that there’s a mall inside the hotel.
