Nothing positive. The place was a horror: dirty, in bad condition, the pool was broken with a green bottom. I had to find another apartment within half an hour.

“Tercermundista”

Everything was very dirty, the worst place I have stayed. We could enter room A at 2 pm, but we arrived at 4 pm and were made to wait an hour because they had to clean it. There was no air conditioning, and the place was full of flies and mosquitoes—an absolute mess. It should be closed. I don’t know how the Balearic government allows it to stay open; it feels third‑world. Booking is terrible; I won’t look at a hotel through their app again, and if I could, I wouldn’t pay them—they should pay for people. It’s disgusting. Nothing else pleased me.

“Esperienza Horror”

Nothing good. The facility is abandoned and the advertised services don’t exist because the place is in decline and in a state of neglect. The rooms are dirty and don’t meet minimum hygiene and structural safety standards, and it was impossible to communicate with the staff, who seemed ambiguous and suspicious. The garden is dark at night, and some common areas are clearly dilapidated and abandoned for years. Finally, the property is poorly connected to the rest of the island, practically scattered near a cemetery close to a small village—a place to avoid because of its gloomy atmosphere and a nightmarish experience.

“Una bellissima oasi di pace immensa nella natura”

The location was excellent, a small oasis of peace surrounded by nature with a really nice pool. The included breakfast was varied and good, giving you a smile to start the day. The staff were present and friendly. I might have added at least a fan in the room because it was really hot; a dish‑cleaning kit or a kitchen card would have been convenient.
