OTAMAN Resort

While some aspects of my stay were as expected, I had a few significant issues. The breakfast started at 9 am, which I found inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel's thin walls and proximity to the railway line meant I could hear everything going on outside, which was not ideal.

I found this hotel to be reasonably priced, and the small but functional spa was a nice bonus. However, I didn't experience much else during my stay.

“Гидко”

I've stayed at this hotel before, but unfortunately, it failed to provide a peaceful and orderly environment for its guests during my latest visit. A rowdy group of people ran around the corridors with knives at midnight, shouting and fighting. My child was unable to sleep for a long time and was terrified. I'm truly sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it seems to neglect not only the safety of its guests but also its staff. The receptionist had to calm down the troublemakers herself.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room next to us had extremely loud and rowdy guests who started fighting after 11 PM, and it got out of hand. The noise and commotion scared our child, and we had to call the front desk multiple times to ask them to call the police. The staff member at the front desk tried to calm the situation down, but it took the police 40 minutes to arrive, which was way too long.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, considering its proximity to the city center and the relatively good food. The parking was also convenient. However, there were a few issues that bothered me. The hotel is located near an active train track, and the constant train noise was a nuisance. Additionally, the shower curtain was broken, and the overall feel of the hotel was a bit cheap, from the bedding to the entrance doors. Unfortunately, I won't be staying here again.
