I disliked everything about this hotel. After 20 years in Thailand, this was the worst hotel experience: the room was a box with no windows or chairs, customer service was zero, I asked for a refund and still wait, and I had to move to another hotel at an extra cost.

The location is great and the room is pretty comfortable and clean, but when guests travel abroad and pay for a stay, they expect staff who are ready and happy to help; having traveled worldwide and stayed in everything from budget to 4‑5 star hotels, I’ve seen staff who always smile, ask how the night is going, and offer assistance, but this hotel didn’t provide that. They seem to need training for their job, which is disappointing.
