The staff at the breakfast café were unfriendly, but everything else was good.

The staff genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay, and the hotel’s location was decent if it fell along your route. The noise was a bit much – opening the window revealed a bustling city. Shower water pressure was low, and the shower area looked like it had been patched up by “gypsies”; the ceiling was black despite a white paint job. At check‑in we received a magnetic card instead of a paper key, so we had to hunt for the Wi‑Fi password.

The hotel was solid, staff were very friendly even though they didn’t speak English. Breakfast was tasty, the room comfortable and the beds good. The only downside was that the hotel sits on a main street with traffic and is a bit far (20–30 minute walk) from some attractions.

The hotel was beautifully arranged, the huge bathroom was lovely, the view of the city was great, the beds were comfy, and breakfast offered a wide variety of food.
