Location to airport. Decor very dated for a 4 star hotel. Furnitur4 in room very dated and grubby.corridore need painting and renovating

I slept in a very comfy room overlooking trees and a lake, and the waitress—Lori—caught the little bowl of my half‑salad spilling over the edge and promptly swapped it for a larger plate. The chocolate chip cookies were a real highlight. The property is huge and confusing, feels like it needs a refresh and a tidy up, and the front desk receptionist was quite brusque, probably because I had just come back from hiking and didn’t look very presentable. The restaurant offered only basic bar food.

They have a gym & outdoor pool, 2 restaurants & a gift shop. Somewhat easy walk from airport, was great to move around after a long flight. They also have a free airport shuttle. I believe house keeping does a good job & the beds were comfortable. For those that are tired or walk slow, it can be a long walk to the room from the front desk because the hotel is spread out & easy to get turned around. I had to look at floor maps a few times to find the gym. There are some areas that could use a good deep clean (beyond what would be expected of housekeeping) like upholstery in the restaurant & corners & creaveses on floors in rooms. It was an expensive place to stay & there was no little fridge in my room to store my dinner left overs
