The sheets were disgusting, there was no hot water, and the bathroom was filthy and wet. No staff were available to help, and they forced me to pay in cash even though I had chosen card payment. Damp odor, a lot of ants, and cobwebs were everywhere.

“Bastante sucio”

We booked three rooms, and all of them had stained sheets as if never washed. There was no hot water in the shower and the bathroom was just wet and unclean. The rooms were full of cobwebs and ants, and we even woke up in the middle of the night with ants on our faces. The common areas were dirty too; the balcony leading to the rooms was completely black and surrounded by trash bags. We ordered take‑out dinner and requested a fork, but a family next door gave us one, and there was no staff present. We chose to pay via Booking, but upon arrival they made us pay in cash without giving us a receipt.

The welcome was very friendly, but the photos of the rooms and bathrooms are outdated, and the equipment feels a bit old.

There was no positive note. The cleanliness was absolutely terrible; ants were in the glasses for breakfast, pigeons were everywhere, and mouse food was on the Wi‑Fi modem. In the rooms, cockroaches and ants were present; the sheets were vomit‑like, and we had to sleep on top of towels stained with everything. The host was nonexistent, and basic services were missing (e.g., a non‑working sink or no toilet paper). In one of the two rooms we booked, the door lacked a proper lock, only a faulty padlock was provided.
