The hotel was very clean and comfy, looking unassuming from the outside but surprisingly lovely inside. The location is quite far out, requiring 50–60 minutes to reach the city, though the underground is right next to the hotel, which helps on the day of departure to the airport. The surrounding area feels uninviting. The staff were not unfriendly, but rather neutral—less welcoming than elsewhere. Breakfast was acceptable for a city trip, kept simple and adequate. Dinner seemed like a pre‑made meal and didn’t appeal to me.

The staff were friendly and the stay was clean and comfortable, yet our towels were taken and never replaced, leaving us without any for our second day.

Good breakfast. Good selection. Staff friendly. Asked for a quiet room and it was !. Seating area, tables for meals etc., a bit spartan for a Hilton
