The reception staff are all delightful, extremely attentive, and very helpful. The hotel itself was perfect, but it didn’t look like I imagined—there was no frontage, and it was tucked inside old palace walls, reminiscent of hotels in Matera, Italy.

I loved how close the hotel was to everything, and the staff—especially Ante, Jan, and Juliana—were incredibly attentive.

The staff were incredibly kind, and fruit juice was always free. When I left, a golf cart took me to the station, and they helped with my luggage. They greeted me warmly both when I entered and left, and I received postcards and small gifts upon departure… Oh, I forgot to tip the gentleman who escorted me, sorry… There was no…

The hotel was great; Jan greeted us at the parking spot just outside the city walls, helped with our luggage, and made check‑in flawless. The location was perfect and the room was lovely, and everyone from Jan to Julianna and the rest of the team was super friendly.

The location was spot on, the breakfast was very satisfying, and the room was beautiful with a wonderful view of the Palace; the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. Nothing to complain about—perfect stay!
