The room was too small and the shower area was cramped, with the toilet positioned just in front of the sink.

The welcome and professionalism of the personnel were commendable, but the room had no air conditioning and no television access.

The staff were friendly, yet there was a clear lack of coordination with management, and they warned you not to park your vehicle in their private lot in front of a surveillance camera, claiming it was for customer protection. The silence from the staff was complete.
