I think this is my favorite spot in London—room was comfy, location unbeatable in a safe area, and the staff were amazing. The Nest bar also offers great food and drinks with a fantastic view over Regent Street. Everything else was perfect.

The concept is fantastic with a lively sky bar and restaurants on the top floor, and the bedrooms were good. The reception and lifts were sometimes chaotic.

I love this hotel; it's my second stay there. The location is superb and the views are stunning. I’d avoid the 14th floor because of an event on the 15th that can get loud, and I’d like more in‑room dining options—no Mexican food for four consecutive nights.

Our room was on the 14th floor and there were a lot of noice from the restaurant above. The location was great, walking distance to everything and the views were excellent
